Music is a gift from God,
How it heals the whole being!
Sounds so sacred, vibrating throughout the universe.
How could we be inspired without singing the ancient Psalter?
Where would we be without the cantatas of Bach,
The symphonies of Beethoven, the operas of Mozart?
What would we do without the folk ballads of Bob,
Joni, Buffie, and Bruce? Who could dance, sing, laugh or cry without
The blues of B.B., the jazz of Miles, the rock
guitarists like Jimmie, Eric and George? Music is heaven's official language,
It fills the body with peace, the mind with creativity,
The heart with love, the soul with complete union.
Music is the vehicle wherein humankind journeys
As one family of brothers and sisters without
divisions and barriers.
We travel with music to the wonders of the world,
Places of such breathtaking, astounding beauty and sweet ecstasy.
So wherever you may be or whoever you are,
Sing a song, play an instrument dance with joy

Red

Red is a symbol of love with the heart
Like a married couple, until death do us part

Strawberries and cherries are red
Eat them with whipped cream when you’re sick in bed

Red beans and rice at Popeye’s
Oh chicken with red meat inside

Black and red; colors of the devil
Oh believe me I’ll never be on that level

Strawberry juice is good to me
Well I guess red is the color for me

Orange is a carrot
And the orange I eat
Orange are these bright new socks
I wear upon my feet!

Yellow
Yellow is a lemon
Yellow is a star
Yellow is the sun
In the sky so far.

Purple
Purple is a grape
Purple is a plum
Purple is my favorite juice
Shall I get you some?

Green
Green is the grass
Under both my feet
And green is the broccoli
My mother makes me eat!

Black
Black is the night
And a witch's cat
Black is licorice
And that witch's cat!

Brown
Brown is the mud
Brown is the bear
Brown is the color
Of my brother's hair

Rachel Louise Carson (May 27, 1907 — April 14, 1964) was an American marine biologist and nature writer whose landmark book, Silent Spring, is often credited with having launched the global environmental movement. Silent Spring had an immense effect in the United States, where it spurred a reversal in national pesticide policy. She was posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Milton Snavely Hershey (September 13, 1857 – October 13, 1945) was an American businessman and philanthropist. He is famous for founding The Hershey Chocolate Company and the "company town" of Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Hershey was born on a farm near Derry Church, Pennsylvania, the only surviving child of Henry and Fanny Hershey. Due to the family's frequent moves, Milton Hershey dropped out of school after the 4th grade and was apprenticed to a Lancaster printer. As a young adult, his Reformed Mennonite mother's family financed for him several unsuccessful ventures in the candy industry. He persisted, and eventually found success in 1883 manufacturing caramel and other candies in what became the Lancaster Caramel Company. Following a visit to the 1893 Columbian Exposition he bought a European exhibitor's chocolate manufacturing equipment and added chocolate products to his business. Despite his company's prospering, Hershey determined that the chocolate industry had more promise. He sold the Lancaster Caramel Company for one million dollars in 1900 but retained the chocolate business and the rights to produce chocolate products. With the proceeds he acquired some 40,000 acres (160 km©˜) of undeveloped land north of Lancaster where he founded the Hershey Chocolate Company, which would become the world's largest chocolate factory.

The factory was in the center of dairy farmland, but with Hershey's support, houses, businesses, churches, and a transportation infrastructure accreted around the plant. Because the land was surrounded by dairy farms, he was able to use fresh milk to mass-produce quality milk chocolate. Hershey continued to experiment and perfect the process of making milk chocolate using the techniques he had first learned for adding milk to make caramels. The company also pioneered in making cocoa drinks and the famous Hershey's baking chocolate.

On May 25, 1898 Hershey married Catharine "Kitty" Sweeney. Since Milton and his wife Catherine could not have children, they decided to use their successes to benefit others, opening the Hershey Industrial School in 1909. In 1951, this was renamed the Milton Hershey School.

In 1918, Hershey transferred the majority of his assets, including his control of the chocolate company, to the formation of the Milton Hershey School Trust, to benefit the Industrial School. The trust fund has a majority of voting shares in The Hershey Company , allowing it to keep control of the company. The trust also has 100% control of Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company, which owns The Hotel Hershey and HersheyPark, among other properties.

Blue Blue is a berry,
Not a Sugar Plum Faerie.

Blue is some candy,
(Suckers are dandy.)

Blue are my eyes,
They hold many a surprise.

Blue is my heart,
You tore it apart.

Blue is your hair,
But you really don’t care.

Blue is the color of the sky
For what is the worth of what you buy

Blue is the color of my jeans
What does or could this mean

Blue is the color of suffering
For there is no happiness to bring

Blue is the color of coldness
Gone, loss, and loneliness
